Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Estimated Shipping Times
We offer free standard shipping to eligible destinations.
- United States: Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days.
- Remote U.S. areas: Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and other islands may require an additional 5–10 business days.
- European countries: Estimated delivery within 10–20 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, and other factors.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Delivery Arrangements
Deliveries are generally made between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. A signature may be required upon delivery.
If you are unavailable when your parcel arrives, the carrier may attempt delivery to a neighbor or leave the parcel in a safe, dry location, provided this is permitted and no signature is required.
Alternatively, the carrier may leave a delivery notice explaining how to rearrange delivery. Depending on the carrier, another delivery attempt may be made without prior contact.
International Deliveries
Deliveries outside the United States may take up to 10 additional business days or longer, depending on the destination and local delivery conditions.
If your parcel appears to be delayed, please check with your local postal service to see whether a delivery attempt has been made or whether your parcel is being held for collection.
